The termination window (disdetta) of a supply contract, mandatory boiler maintenance, the ENEA filing (energy efficiency notice) after a renovation, the IMU advance payment (municipal property tax), the end of a fixed-price electricity or gas deal: in Abitally all deadlines — from contracts, maintenance or duties — land in one calendar, with time to act.

Snap a bill with your phone or upload a contract as PDF: Abitally reads supplier, start date, duration, price and deadlines. Each field stays editable, shows its confidence level and the exact spot in the document it came from. And if you prefer to type it in yourself, you can — manual entry is complete and works the same.

Address, cadastral data — foglio (sheet), particella (parcel), subalterno (subordinate), rendita catastale (cadastral income) — floor area, ownership shares, use and appurtenances. Contracts, expenses, deadlines and documents attached to the right property, with no scattered folders.
